How To Become A Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help out in our beverage tent at the Kalamazoo Island Festival. Duties include taking tickets from patrons, pouring beverages into plastic cups, selling beverages to patrons, keeping beverage containers stocked and organized as well as recapturing returnable bottles and greeting patrons as they enter the beverage tent.

We are looking for volunteers who enjoy interacting with customers, are responsible, trustworthy and fun! Heavy lifting, such as moving ice bags or cases of beverages, may be involved but is not a requirement. Please indicate if this may cause a problem for you!

In addition to a direct donation by the event, a portion of the admission from every attendee on Thursday night will be donated to the Special Olympics.
